JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Oversee real estate marketing programs and work with outside marketing company, and Marketing Committee to meet operational needs.

2.Establish and maintain positive relationships with all local realtors Staff and Members/Residents.

3.Attend periodic meetings of Local Realtors and/or organize Realtor

4.Coordinate Market Segmentation for Search Engine Marketing and Digital Marketing efforts.

5.Prepare and distribute various reports, which showcase sales and trends of current and future Members/ Tenants.

6.Work with Sales to create new targeted, specialized marketing strategies and oversee the production of Marketing Campaigns, Materials and Advertisements.

7.Write and distribute all Press Releases for Realty Office to local media. Manage the Realty / Real Estate website page .

8.Manage all Social Media pages including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, YouTube .

9.Stay current with all Real Estate advertising and marketing trends, market conditions, and inventory .

10.Develop and maintain relationships with Marketing peers in Real Estate community and related industries.
