Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors professionally upon arrival.

Manage patient appointments, registrations, and check- ins.

Coordinate between patients and medical staff to ensure efficient clinic flow.

Handle inquiries via phone and email in both English and Arabic.

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with basic medical billing or insurance documentation.
