Receptionist (Front Office) Open Position

We are seeking a professional and customer- focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team at ARGAN Albida'a Hotel & Resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner upon arrival

• Handle check- in and check- out procedures efficiently and accurately

• Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests

• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring resolution to

the highest standards

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness

• Handle cash, billing, and payment transactions in line with hotel policies

• Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of information

• Upsell hotel services and promote special offers when applicable

• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5- star hotel is a must

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation with a professional appearance

• Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., OPERA, ONQ, or similar)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

• Fluency in English & Arabic is a must

• Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
