Job Opportunity in Kuwait: Agency and Recruitment Offices Required (Nigerian and Indian Nationalities)

A major delivery company in the State of Kuwait is seeking to contract with recruitment agencies, offices, or individuals with proven expertise in deploying manpower from Nigeria and India, to provide drivers (4x4 Vehicles / Motorcycles) under the following terms and benefits:

Applicant Requirements:

* Nationality: Nigerian (Priority) and Indian.

* Age: Not exceeding 33 years old.

* Skill: Skilled and professional driver.

* Language: Fluent in English.

* Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted via (WhatsApp or Zoom).

Salary and Benefits:

* Basic Salary: 120 KWD per month (inclusive of overtime).

* Food Allowance: 15 KWD per month.

* Working Hours: 12 hours per day (8 basic hours + 4 hours overtime).

* Days Off: 2 days off per month.

* Visa Type: Government Visa (Article 18). The company will cover all processing fees inside Kuwait.

Incentives and Logistics Support:

* Fully Provided by the Company: (Vehicle / Motorcycle + Fuel + Smartphone + SIM Card + Accommodation).

* Target and Bonus System:

* Minimum required target: 450 deliveries per month.

* Incentive Bonus: The driver receives 500 Fils for every additional delivery exceeding the monthly target.
