Job Title: Registrar – Cardiology

Location: Salmiya, Kuwait

International Hospital is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Registrar – Cardiology to join our Cardiology Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering comprehensive cardiovascular care and supporting the management of patients with cardiac conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular diseases in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings.

• Perform clinical evaluations, interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

• Assist in the management of acute cardiac emergencies and critical care patients.

• Participate in ward rounds, multidisciplinary meetings, and case discussions.

• Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular health, treatment plans, and preventive care.

• Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure high- quality patient care.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.

Requirements:

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Cardiology.

• Valid MOH License in Kuwait (mandatory).

• Currently residing in Kuwait (applications from within Kuwait only).

• Valid professional and educational certificates.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Cardiology, preferably in a hospital setting.

• Strong clinical knowledge in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases.

• Ability to interpret ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and other cardiac investigations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
