Job Title: Registrar – Internal Medicine

Hospital: International Hospital

Location: Salmiya, Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic investigations.

• Develop and implement evidence- based treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Manage inpatient and outpatient cases and participate in emergency medical care when required.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and records.

• Collaborate with consultants, specialists, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

• Participate in ward rounds, multidisciplinary meetings, and clinical discussions.

• Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.

• Adhere to hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and patient safety standards.

Requirements:

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine.

• Valid MOH License in Kuwait (mandatory).

• Currently residing in Kuwait (applications from within Kuwait only).

• Valid professional and educational certificates.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Internal Medicine, preferably in a hospital setting.

• Strong clinical knowledge in the diagnosis and management of a broad range of medical conditions.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced healthcare environment.
