nternational Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist – ENT (Otolaryngology) to join our multidisciplinary medical team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high- quality diagnosis, treatment, and management of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with ENT disorders and related conditions.

Perform comprehensive ENT examinations, consultations, and follow- up care.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic ear, nose, throat, head, and neck diseases.

Perform and interpret relevant diagnostic procedures and investigations, including endoscopic examinations.

Manage ENT emergencies and provide appropriate medical and surgical care within the scope of practice.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records, clinical documentation, and treatment plans.

Collaborate with consultants, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, postoperative care, and follow- up.

Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.

Requirements:

MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in ENT (Otolaryngology).

Valid MOH License in Kuwait (mandatory).

Currently residing in Kuwait (applications from within Kuwait only).

Valid professional certificates.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ENT, preferably in a hospital setting.

Strong clinical knowledge in diagnosing and managing ENT disorders.

Experience in handling ENT emergencies and performing relevant ENT procedures.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
