Required AI Strategy & Transformation Specialist – Synergy & Transformation Department (2 Positions)

Role Purpose:

To define and drive AI strategy, governance, and operating models that align with stc’s digital transformation objectives and ensure AI- driven business transformation across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the organizational AI strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.

• Identify, prioritize, and define high- value AI use cases across business units.

• Build business cases and transformation plans for AI adoption.

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure cross- functional alignment.

• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks to measure AI impact.

• Lead change management and awareness programs for AI enablement.

• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners for execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology Management, Data Science, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in digital transformation, AI strategy, or innovation programs.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.

• Experience in strategy formulation, operating model design, and governance frameworks.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
