Required AI Technical Specialist – IT Department

Role Purpose:

To design, integrate, and maintain AI solutions within enterprise systems, ensuring seamless deployment of AI models and automation initiatives that support technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models into production environments.

• Integrate AI functionalities into enterprise systems, APIs, and data pipelines.

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment with architecture and security standards.

• Evaluate, test, and recommend AI tools, platforms, and solutions.

• Support performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of AI models.

• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and technical training to internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML solution development and system integration.

• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Familiarity with MLOps, APIs, and data engineering workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
