Looking for a experienced skilled Wood CNC Operator for our woodworking company to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and fabricate wood materials according to specifications.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to determine machining requirements.

Program and optimize CNC machines to ensure precise and efficient production.

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to specifications.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Diploma in Wood working CNC machine

Proven experience as a Wood CNC Operator or similar role.

Proficient in operating and programming CNC machinery, preferably with experience using software such as AutoCAD, ArtCAM, Solid Works, or similar.

Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tooling.

Familiarity with different wood types, their characteristics, and appropriate machining strategies.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of precision.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines.
