A reputable medical center is seeking a *Customer Service Representative* with prior experience in healthcare or clinic settings to provide exceptional support to our patients and visitors.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner

- Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently

- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in- person

- Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records

- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Manage patient complaints and resolve issues promptly

- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction at all times

- Maintain confidentiality and follow clinic policies and procedures

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

- Previous experience in customer service within a medical center or clinic is a must

- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English

- Strong interpersonal and problem- solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic software systems

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

- Organized, detail- oriented, and able to multitask
