Required Document Controller for Telecom Company

As a Document Controller, your responsibilities will include:

1. PAT Documentation:

- Gather necessary project documents, including technical specifications, drawings, and reports, to compile PAT documentation.

- Organize and format PAT documents according to company standards and project requirements.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of PAT documentation, verifying that all necessary information is included.

- Coordinate with project teams to obtain approvals and signatures for PAT documents in a timely manner.

- Maintain records of PAT documentation, tracking revisions and updates as needed.

2. AutoCAD Design for Project Sites:

- Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed design drawings and layouts for project sites.

- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop accurate and functional design plans.

- Incorporate project specifications, dimensions, and technical requirements into AutoCAD designs.

- Review and revise design drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in AutoCAD designs.

3. Coordinating with Client Representatives:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives regarding document control and design matters.

- Communicate project requirements, timelines, and deliverables to client representatives effectively.

- Address client inquiries and requests promptly, providing accurate and helpful information.

- Coordinate meetings and site visits with client representatives to discuss project progress and requirements.

- Facilitate the exchange of documents and information between the project team and client representatives, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree or related field.

- Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role, preferably in a Telecom industry.

- Strong understanding of document management principles, practices, and standards.

- Proficiency in document control software and tools, such as Share Point, or similar systems.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
