Required Enterprise Sales Account Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT enterprise sales and the ability to drive revenue through strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new enterprise and government customers across Kuwait.

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with quarterly targets.

• Promote and sell solutions in:

• Microsoft Cloud & M365

• Azure & Modern Workplace

• ERP / Business Applications

• SharePoint & DMS

• Nintex / Power Automate workflow automation

• IT infrastructure, security, and application development

• Own client relationships and act as primary point of contact.

• Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with Pre- Sales teams.

• Achieve revenue, margin, and pipeline KPIs.

• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and account updates.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of IT Enterprise Sales experience (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of:

• Microsoft cloud solutions

• ERP/Business Applications (D365 preferred)

• Nintex / automation platforms

• SharePoint / DMS

• Proven ability to build and close enterprise opportunities.

• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions (with Pre- Sales support).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

• Bilingual (Arabic & English)
