A Leading Civil Construction Company is looking for a Cost Estimator with GRC experience.

Duties and responsibilities

• Prepare Estimate budget for the projects.

• Analyze drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates based on budget and determine the cost involved to launch such a project.

• Assess cost effectiveness of the projects, tracking actual costs relative to the budget.

• Coordinate with purchasing on current market prices.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree

• At least 5 years’ experience in the construction and GRC field

• Computerized system related to cost and planning

• Writing skills

• Good Communication skills.

• 18 - Transferable Residency

• Driving License
