Manage showroom operations, assist clients with both product selection and design services, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate sales and design records to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks:

1. Welcome and assist clients visiting the showroom, understanding their needs for both products and design services.

2. Provide detailed explanations and demonstrations of products and design options, including aluminum sections, doors (hidden and regular), hardware, wire mesh, decorative glass, natural veneer, and design solutions.

3. Prepare quotations for products and design services and follow up with clients.

4. Monitor stock and coordinate with the warehouse for product availability.

5. Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries regarding products and design services.

6. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between clients, Design team, and management.

7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and design services using Excel or manual logs.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all client orders and design service requests are followed through from inquiry to delivery.

2. Promote the company’s design services alongside product offerings.

3. Submit a weekly report to management on showroom traffic, client interactions, sales, and design activities.

4. Maintain accuracy and organization of all records.

5. Uphold high service standards and professionalism in all client interactions.
