Required IT Technical Support

 

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems technology or a related field.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT support or related areas (CompTIA A+, MCSA) are preferred.

- Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in technical support roles, preferably within a corporate environment.

- Language proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic

- Skills: Strong problem solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and the ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
