We are seeking a dedicated and results- driven Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools, including job postings, social media outreach, recruitment events, and networking.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to create a shortlist of potential candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
• Assist in the onboarding process by providing new hires with essential resources and information to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates to provide updates and feedback, ensuring a positive experience regardless of the hiring outcome.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience
• Experienced in Overseas hiring from India, Nepal and Philippines
• In- depth understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English (verbal/written)
Arabic will add an advantage.
• 18 – Transferable Residency.
• Able to join Immediately.
• Kuwait driving license is a plus.
Salary will be 300 - 400
