Working Hours: Full Time
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services, particularly within the aluminum sector. This role involves close collaboration with our indoor sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Engage with customers professionally to understand their needs and preferences.
• Communicate product or service features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
• Proactively meet and exceed sales targets through direct selling and upselling.
• Build and maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in the aluminum sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Team- oriented with the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
• Customer- focused approach with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in aluminum and decorative products is a plus.
• Proficient in sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
• Valid driving license and preference for candidates who own a personal vehicle.
• Ability to start immediately.
• In- depth knowledge and experience with AutoCAD are highly preferred
