Required Social Media Officer

We are looking for a creative and detail- oriented Social Media Officer to manage and grow our application’s social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate understands digital culture, app- based user behavior, and how to turn features into engaging content that drives downloads, sign- ups, and daily usage.

You will be responsible for content planning, execution, community engagement, and performance tracking, ensuring all communication aligns with the brand tone and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Content & Platform Management

• Manage daily social media

• Create and publish engaging content showcasing app features, updates, campaigns, and user benefits

• Write clear, on- brand captions in English and Arabic (if applicable)

- Community & Engagement

• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner

• Build and nurture an active online community

• Escalate customer feedback, bugs, or issues to the relevant teams

Campaigns & Growth

• Support app launches, feature releases, promotions, and influencer collaborations

• Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and partners when required

• Assist in user acquisition campaigns focused on installs, sign- ups, and feature adoption

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, clicks, installs)

• Identify trends and opportunities to improve content performance

Brand & Alignment

• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity

• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and app- industry best practices

• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams for aligned execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

• 0- 3 years of experience in social media management (app, tech, or digital products preferred)

• Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats

• Excellent written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and social media insights

• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mobile applications, startups, or digital platforms

• Content ideation and storytelling skills

• Influencer marketing or UGC experience

• Arabic & English bilingual skills

• Basic understanding of paid social campaigns

- Female/ male ( doesn’t mind going to far areas like Ahmadi and other far locations)

- Age between: 18- 25

- ⁠excel skills

- ⁠better with photography skills

- ⁠able to ride a bike and scooter
