REQUIRED TENDERING AND BOQ SPECIALIST (5- 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)

Job Description:

EKELENZA Fit Out is a leading Construction & Fit Out Company looking for a TENDERING AND BOQ SPECIALIST.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed and accurate Bill of Quantities based on project drawings, Specifications and requirements.

- Manage the full tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, cost elements, and bid submissions.

- Review and analyze project plans and technical documents to determine accurate materials, labor, and time estimates.

- Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of project requirements with BOQ and tender submissions.

- Ensure that all tender submissions comply with legal, technical, and regulatory standards.

Experience Requirements

- 5 to 7 years of experience in preparing BOQ and managing tender process in Fit- out and construction.

- Proven ability to manage complex tenders, including cost estimation, vendor negotiations, and submission coordination.

Software Skills (Mandatory)

- AUTOCAD: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for BOQ preparation.

- BOQ and Tender Software: Proficiency in software tools for cost estimation and tender management.

- REVIL: Basic understanding for coordination with design and engineering teams.

Key Qualities:

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in cost estimation and BOQ preparation.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
