Required Vice President Business Development

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Business Development to join our growing company. With a strong background in the finishing materials and aluminum products sectors, you will be a key player in shaping our strategy and driving both local and international growth. This position requires a dynamic leader to identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and manage key relationships, all while guiding a team to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Business Strategy Development: Create and implement long- term strategies to strengthen the company’s market position, with a focus on expanding into new areas within the finishing materials and aluminum sectors.

• Market Expansion: Lead efforts to enter new geographic markets and increase market share through targeted strategies.

• Partnership Management: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key customers, suppliers, and distributors to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Negotiating Deals: Drive contract negotiations to secure optimal financial terms and ensure clarity in expectations with customers and suppliers.

• Team Leadership: Lead the business development team, fostering a performance- driven culture and achieving strategic objectives.

• Performance Analysis: Measure success using KPIs and performance data, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve business goals.

• Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure the alignment of strategies and execution.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 10 years in business development, with expertise in the finishing materials and aluminum products industry. Leadership experience is preferred.

• Leadership: Strong ability to manage cross- functional teams and achieve strategic goals.

• Analytical Skills: Expertise in market analysis, identifying customer trends, and using data to inform strategies.

• Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in leading complex negotiations to favorable outcomes.

• Communication: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to establish long- term relationships at all levels of an organization.

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA is a plus.
