Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily front- of- house and/or back- of- house operations.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Assist in staff scheduling, timekeeping, and shift management.

Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to maintain a positive work environment.

Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control standards.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Support inventory management, including ordering and stock control of supplies.

Assist with cash handling, billing, and end- of- day reconciliation procedures.

Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

Implement company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
