Restaurant Manager – Fries Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our fries restaurant. This is a hands- on management role for someone who is willing to lead by example and support every aspect of the business when needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Lead, motivate, and support employees while maintaining a positive work environment.

* Take customer orders and provide outstanding customer service.

* Operate the cashier (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

* Assist with food preparation and support kitchen operations during busy periods.

* Help maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant, including the kitchen and customer areas.

* Ensure food quality, safety, and operational standards are consistently met.

* Handle opening and closing procedures, inventory, and other day- to- day operational tasks.

* Step into any role as needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or manager is preferred.

* Experience using POS/cashier systems and processing customer orders.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Willingness to work in a hands- on environment, including cleaning, food preparation, and customer service.

* Fluent in English; basic Arabic communication skills are an advantage.

* Friendly, talkative, approachable, and able to build a positive relationship with customers and staff.

* Well- groomed, professional, and confident in appearance.

* Reliable, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.

* Positive attitude, energetic spirit, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and help wherever needed.
