We are hiring an experienced Roti Maker (Baker) for a busy restaurant. If you don’t already know how to handle high- volume work, this is not for you.

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook roti, naan, and other flatbreads consistently

* Handle dough preparation, kneading, and portioning

* Maintain speed and quality during peak hours

* Keep work area clean and follow hygiene standards

* Work closely with kitchen team to meet order demand

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a roti maker or tandoor chef

* Ability to work fast without compromising quality

* Strong understanding of dough handling and cooking techniques

* Physically fit and able to stand long hours

* Reliable, punctual, and disciplined

Working Conditions:
