We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team immediately for our Asphalt and Ready-Mix Plant operations in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures at the plant.

Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.

Ensure compliance with company and local safety regulations.

Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for staff and site workers.

Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.

Promote a strong safety culture across all operations.

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor s degree in safety, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer.

Valid Safety Certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent).

Valid Kuwaiti Driving License (mandatory).

Transferable visa and ability to join immediately.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
