The Sales Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, preparing performance reports, and identifying trends to support business decisions. This role is essential in helping management understand market performance, product profitability, and customer behavior to improve revenue and operational efficiency.

Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various outlets and delivery platforms.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

Evaluate sales performance by outlet, product category, and customer segment.

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth.

Support in setting and monitoring sales KPIs and targets.

Assist the sales and marketing teams with data insights for campaign planning.

Analyze pricing, promotions, and discounts to evaluate profitability impact.

Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance departments to align data accuracy.

Build dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to visualize performance.

Recommend improvements to sales processes and performance tracking systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or Data Analytics.

3–6 years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or reporting, preferably in F&B or retail.

Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience working with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
