Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales / Business Development Associate to support and expand business activities within the oil & gas sector in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and proven experience dealing with KPC and its sister companies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage sales and business development opportunities within KPC and its sister companies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in the trading sector, particularly in Oil & Gas clients such as (KOC, KNPC, and KIPIC, etc.).
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals, quotations, and tenders
• Support pre- qualification, vendor registration, and tendering activities
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
Qualifications & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience for candidates holding a University Degree OR minimum 10 years for Diploma holders
• Background or experience in Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering (preferred)
• Mandatory work experience with KPC sister companies
• Valid Kuwait Driving License
• Good knowledge of the Kuwait oil & gas market

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
