Job Description:
The Sales and Business Development Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and staying informed on market trends. The role involves regular client visits to understand requirements, preparing a client database, conducting competitor and market analysis, and following up on ongoing projects, tenders, and contracts

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in industrial sales, business development, or engineering- related fields (preferably in Oil & Gas, Power, or Industrial sectors).
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
Familiarity with tendering processes, pre- qualification procedures, and EPC market dynamics.
Strong understanding of industrial fabrication, steel structures, piping, or related technical products is preferred.
Must hold a valid Kuwait driving license and have own vehicle for client visits.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
