- Identify and target new sales opportunities in the construction/building sector.

-Understand technical specifications and customer requirements to recommend suitable products or systems.

-Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients (contractors, consultants, architects, developers).

-Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability.

-Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) for smooth order execution.

-Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

-Provide post-sales support and build long-term relationships with key accounts.

-Visit project sites when needed to provide on-ground technical support or guidance.
