Freight Forwarding experience ( 3-7 Years)

1. Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively. Negotiate rates with the local and overseas agents and shipping lines.

2. Contacts prospects and customers based on quotes, qualified sales leads, and targeted cold calling.

3. Focuses on sales targets by developing new international business opportunities, troubleshooting customer problems and enhancing existing customer relationships.

4. Develop supply chain solutions for customers while coordinating pricing and global implementation.

5. Entering data in the sales system in a manner that allows for the accurate identification of opportunities for future follow up.

6. Meeting predetermined personal and team-based sales target and quotas.

7. Coordinating, preparing, and follow up on quotations sent to clients.

8. Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues to immediate superior whenever required.

9. Provide weekly sales reports to direct supervisor.

10. Provide monthly data analysis gains / losses / projections and provide competitor activity feedback.

11. Maintain a healthy relationship with client s, overseas agents, and local shipping lines.

12. Responsible for exercising due diligence towards health and safety of others in the organization as well as environmental protection issues.

13. Perform any other duties related to his/her job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

14. Responsible for reporting to his/her supervisors` occurrences, events, violations and act that may affect safety, security and company reputation.
