Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive (Kuwait Market)
Job Summary:
The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by targeting corporate accounts, government sectors, embassies, and local businesses within Kuwait. The role focuses on building long- term client relationships, securing room bookings, events, and corporate agreements while aligning with local market trends and seasonal demand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ministries, embassies, oil & gas companies, and local businesses
• Actively source new business through cold calls, client visits, and networking within Kuwait
• Maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and destination management companies (DMCs)
• Promote hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet facilities for corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings
• Conduct regular site inspections and client presentations
• Negotiate corporate rates, long- stay packages, and event contracts
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with hotel KPIs (occupancy, ADR, revenue)
• Coordinate closely with Reservations, Front Office, and Events teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor competitor hotels in Kuwait and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
• Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in Kuwait or GCC
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait corporate and government sectors
• Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred (for client visits)
• Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred
• Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera, CRM tools)

• Existing network of corporate clients or travel agents in Kuwait
• Experience handling Ramadan promotions, peak season demand, and local events
• Strong understanding of local customs, business etiquette, and negotiation style
