Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in- depth knowledge of metal fire- rated doors, their hardware, rolling shutters, sectional doors, and related products. This role will focus on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for metal fire- rated doors, rolling shutters, sectional doors, and related hardware.

-Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

-Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients.

-Provide technical support and advice to customers on product features, benefits, and customization options.

-Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

-Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and product developments.

-Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in sales, particularly in metal fire- rated doors, their hardware, rolling shutters, sectional doors, and similar products.

-Strong knowledge of door hardware and installation processes.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships.

-Proactive, self- motivated, and results- driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the construction or manufacturing sector related to doors and shutters.

Technical background or knowledge of fire- rated standards and certifications is a plus
