**Sales Executive – Freight Operations**
We are hiring a full- time Sales Executive with knowledge of freight operations to support business development and customer growth in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
**Requirements:**
* 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
* Good understanding of freight operations, including air, sea, and land shipments.
* Existing client base or strong network in the logistics market is preferred.
* Willing to conduct field visits, meet clients, and search for new business opportunities.
* Ability to follow up on leads, maintain customer relationships, and support sales growth.
* Basic knowledge of import/export processes, customs procedures, and shipping documents is an advantage.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
* Organized, proactive, and target- driven.
**Role Overview:**
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, conducting client visits, following up with leads, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting freight forwarding and logistics services. The role requires a sales- focused candidate with practical knowledge of freight operations and the ability to coordinate with the operations team.
