Reporting to: Senior Sales Supervisor
Subordinates: N/A
Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities TDR :
Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities KSA :
Minimum Bachelor's degree.
3 + Years experience in food and beverages sales.
. Valid Kuwait Driving License and own car.
. 18 (Ahli) Transferable Visa.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
Organized and professional demeanor.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to offer excellent customer service.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Compensations and Benefits C and B :
Salary Range: 300 - 350 KD. +Commission
Other benefits as per labor law.
