Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping environment.

• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.

• Process transactions accurately and manage the point- of- sale system.

• Ensure the sales floor is well- stocked, clean, and organized.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• Nationality: Filipino (Preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.

• Visa Status: Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a Transferable Residency (Article 18).

• Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Strong persuasion and "closing" skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
