An elite five- star hotel is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its commercial team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated hospitality professional with strong market knowledge and a proven ability to drive revenue across multiple segments.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably within five- star or luxury hospitality
Valid Kuwait Driving License (mandatory)
Proven ability to manage and grow different market segments (Corporate, Leisure, Government, MICE, or FIT) – an advantage
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship- building skills
Good understanding of the Kuwait hospitality market
Results- driven with a proactive and professional approach
Role Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue
Maintain and expand relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners
Identify new business opportunities across assigned segments
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Represent the hotel in networking events and industry functions
