A leading industrial company specialized in packaging solutions is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Manager – Cooperative Societies Division to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales activities with cooperative societies and retail chains.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers and purchasing departments.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.

Lead sales initiatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with proven experience dealing with cooperative societies and retail chains in Kuwait.

Strong knowledge of the local market and procurement procedures of cooperative societies.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Transferable residency (Article 18).
