Sales Manager Transportation Refrigeration

Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in Steel Vehicle, Colling Cars and Refrigerated Car Box.

• Strong communication to vehicle agency.

• Will know for Kuwait Market Business.

• Be able to work with customers in a professional and ethical manner.

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

• Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, quotas, goals and expense controls.

• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.

• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities

• Promoting the organization and products.

• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product service.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience

• Preferable Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineer

• Strong business sense and industry expertise
