Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing technical solutions that align with customer needs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering and sales, effectively communicating complex technical information to both technical and non- technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition:
o Identify new business opportunities within the oil & gas, construction, and industrial sectors in Kuwait.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, consultants, and procurement teams.
o Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, including infrastructure projects and industrial facilities.
2. Technical Consultation & Solution Selling:
o Understand complex client requirements related to structural steel fabrication, piping, and precision metal works.
o Provide technical solutions tailored to the client's project specifications and budget.
o Explain fabrication processes, material selection, and structural designs to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
3. Project- Based Sales Management:
o Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate cost estimations, feasibility studies, and project timelines.
o Assist in preparing detailed technical proposals, bid documents, and contract negotiations for large- scale projects.
4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects within Kuwait and the GCC region.
o Analyze market demands to recommend service improvements and identify potential growth areas for the Company
5. After- Sales Support:
o Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing technical support, addressing concerns, and managing service contracts post- delivery.
o Act as a liaison between the client and Companies technical teams during project execution.
6. Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
o Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
o Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 2- 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the fabrication, oil & gas, or construction industries.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication, welding processes, piping systems, and industrial coatings.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and basic CAD software is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering high- quality service.
• Knowledge of Kuwait's tendering processes and regulatory environment is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed within Kuwait and the GCC region.
