We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Operations Officer to coordinate between customers, project teams, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel & reporting

Strong communication & follow- up skills

Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure

Track and update project schedules

Ensure customer/project files are complete and ready for execution scheduling.

Strong problem- solving abilities with patience and a customer- focused mindset. Knowledge of the contracting/finishing/paints industry preferred
