We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Operations Officer to coordinate between customers, project teams, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel & reporting

Strong communication & follow- up skills

Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure

Track and update project schedules

Ensure customer/project files are complete and ready for execution scheduling.

Strong problem- solving abilities with patience and a customer- focused mindset. Knowledge of the paint industry or a construction background is preferred

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or related field

* Up to 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or field execution

* Strong MS Office skills and ability to write operational reports

* Excellent communication, organization, and follow- up skills

* Ability to work under pressure and move between project sites

* Experience in construction, finishing, or decorative works

* Background managing multiple field teams

* Ability to read technical drawings
