We are looking for a motivated and results- driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing success.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales (Indoor & Outdoor):

o Manage and grow sales both inside the showroom and through external client visits.

o Earn a commission on sales as a reward for your performance.

2. Technical Responsibilities:

o Oversee technical aspects related to our products and operations at Avenues Mall.

3. Training & Paid Courses:

o Conduct problem- solving and technical training courses for clients, for which you will also be eligible for a commission.

4. Monthly Targets & Performance Measurement:

o You will be responsible for achieving a set of targets specified by the company each month, covering B2B and B2C sales, training delivery, and self- education.

o Your salary and commission will be adjusted based on the targets you achieve.

o Your overall performance will be evaluated based on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

 Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly B2B and B2C client sales goals.

 Training & Development: Successfully conducting training sessions, educating yourself, and acquiring new skills.

 Attendance & Workplace Performance: Maintaining a high level of punctuality, dedication, and professionalism.
