Requirements & Qualifications:

-Proven experience in Field Sales (experience in retail, POS systems, B2B, or tech solutions is highly preferred).

-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Deep knowledge of the local retail market and the ability to travel independently across commercial areas.

-Strong self- discipline, resilience, and a hunger for high earnings driven by performance.

-Fluency in local languages spoken by business owners is a major plus.
