Location: Aljahra

Salary: KD 350/month + 1% sales commission (after KD 1,000 in sales)

Vacation: 30 days per year

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Saleswoman to join our dynamic team, specializing in organic skincare and hair care products. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in beauty and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote our organic skincare and hair care products.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product line to educate customers and answer any inquiries effectively.

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive products to enhance sales strategies.

Promotional Activities: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.

Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control and stock management to ensure product availability.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for organic products and a healthy lifestyle.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
