Key Responsibilities:

A sales women

Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.

Handle point- of- sale transactions, including cash and digital payments.

Ensure the shop is organized and well stocked at all times.

Maintained knowledge of all products, including seasonal offerings and promotions.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.

Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Assist in gift wrapping and packaging of sweets for special occasions.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast- paced environment.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Friendly and approachable personality.

Basic math skills for handling cash and managing inventory.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
