Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role.

* Excellent leadership and management skills.

* Strong knowledge of salon operations, including hair and other beauty services.

* Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.

* Knowledge of current trends in hair and beauty industry.

* Certification or license in salon management or relevant field is a plus.
