Creating Schedules: Plan and sequence tasks for projects and maintenance, ensuring everything is completed on time.

Resource Planning: Make sure the necessary workers, equipment, and materials are available when needed.

Coordination: Work closely with different departments operations, maintenance, engineering to keep the work on track.

Tracking Progress: Monitor the work being done and update schedules as needed to reflect changes or delays.
