SECRETARY Position in Kuwait

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

• Manage and organize documents, files, and records in physical and electronic formats.

• Handled incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

• Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.

• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent;

• Minimum of 0- 2 years of experience as a Secretary or in any similar role.

• Proficiency in computer applications, such MS Office Suite

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Visa 18 Transferable.
