We are looking for a qualified and experienced Secretary & Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in secretarial and administrative work

Good communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to handle correspondence, filing, and office coordination

Knowledge of accounting/basic documentation is an advantage

Transferable visa preferred

Responsibilities:

Managing office documents and correspondence

Scheduling meetings and maintaining records

Coordinating with departments and suppliers

Preparing reports and maintaining filing systems

Handling day- to- day administrative activities
