We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our company who can lead the accounting team and manage end- to- end financial operations. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling financial reporting, banking facilities, audits, payroll, and team supervision with strong attention to detail and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage full- cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and monthly closing)

2. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow analysis

3. Handle banking facilities (LC, LG and other financing arrangements)

4. Coordinate with external auditors for annual and interim audits

5. Oversee payroll processing, EOSB, and WPS compliance

6. Monitor receivables, follow up for collections, and maintain aging analysis

7. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis

8. Ensure compliance with financial policies, taxation, and statutory requirements

9. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of junior accountants

10. Assist in process improvement and ERP/accounting system enhancements

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

6–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in trading/contracting/service sectors

Strong knowledge of LC, LG, and other banking facilities

Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Tally, or similar)

Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to lead a team and meet deadlines efficiently
