1.Senior Foreman shall liaise with the Company Representative, implements the required Services in Contract, submit reports to site work and progress, as well as prepare statistics regarding material usage, Contractor's Manpower data, or any special task/study that may be requested by Superintendent's Representative.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implements cleaning priorities to comply with the Company requirements.

2. Ensures that contractual obligations are complied with.

3. Ensure that all safety regulations and all government regulations pertaining to the employment of Contract staff and execution of Works are fully complied with.

4. Controls the material usage.

5. Prepares work schedules, monitoring and work progress.

6. Performs computerization of the operations.

7. Maintains the updated manpower data of the Contract.

8. Ensure proper co- ordination with all disciplines.
